@Arsimael Maybe a more helpful way to put it, is that the TV station has rights, too.Not only that, but your 1st and 4th amendment rights only protect you from the government, not private individuals. As is commonly said around here, "freedom of speech does not mean freedom of consequences", and those could well include being featured on the evening news.Could you imagine if politicians could just say "ya know what? that makes me look bad, you can't air it. but my supporters can see it."

Good communication can save your business lots of money.Strictly for example, I'm making over $100 to do basically nothing because an AP is down. Why is it down? The room it's in is being painted.Who knows how many hundreds were paid to the long chain of subcontractors that eventually led to me. But all of it was an avoidable expense. All that would have been needed was for someone to communicate "Hey, heads up, the painters are unplugging this so they can paint"
