I really hate writing about myself. But I guess a short #introduction is a good idea. Might add to this later though.New to this instance as it looks like a nice place. I'm living in #Perth #Australia. The people I work with directly are all over east though. So I do get exposed to some of what goes on over there.I'm in #IT and look after various things that aren't very exciting. But it's low-stress which suits me at the moment.I do have #bipolar disorder and happy to chat about that any time.Have 2 kids, 0 pets. For now.My posts/boosts are social micro-blogging rather than anything too serious. Might be the odd technology or IT related thing.See you on the timelines!

I opened FB and it greeted me with a pic from 10 years ago where I got stuck in the bush. It wasn't a happy day Zuck. And I left my shovel there once I eventually got recovered.

@Tilopa Much the same here in Australia. We had one massacre and sorted it out. Nothing like it since. America's problems are more complex. @ewen i wonder if, with my simplistic understanding of power grids. the idea of using the excess to pump water uphill for later power-generating descent is in any way practical or helpful. Would certainly surprise some fish.

@frogzone @danie10 @blenderdumbass The definition and deciding which sites will be required to do age verification is impossible to do. And the idea that passing a law here is going to stop kids accessing, idk, vKontakte or Weibo or whatever is silly
