It's so weird the way ADHD can sometimes put you into a state where you know exactly what you need to do and how to do it, but your brain will only let you do literally anything else.I need to get better at just accepting that when it happens so that I can channel that energy into something else until it goes away, instead of just feeling guilty about it and paralyzing myself.

I don't have any tattoos, but I've always wanted one. I've also always thought the notation used for type judgements was beautiful, and I attach a lot of personal significance to it.Is something like this too detailed for a small tattoo? Is a wrist a good place for something like this?

Kind of a long shot, but does anyone know where I could track down a copy of Plotkin's "Lattice Theoretic Properties of Subsumption", from 1970?All my regular sources (scihub, libgen, archive.org, etc) aren't turning anything up, and it seems like it was just a short 14 page memo he published at Edinburgh, possibly under the name: "MIP-R-77"It's not super important or anything, and I'm mostly just curious from a historical perspective.

Does anyone have experience with both Adderall and Vyvanse? I used to be prescribed Adderall, but have been on Vyvanse for about 7 months.I was taking old Adderall of mine for the last few weeks though, because of a pharmacy mixup that meant I couldn't fill my Vyvanse, and I'm noticing that while Vyvanse seems to generally work better for me over the course of a day, I have a much harder time leaving bed in the morning, without the sudden kick I was getting from Adderall (but once I do, things are great!)Has that been anyone else's experience and have you found any tricks to mitigate that? It's mostly that the onset of the Vyvanse is so gradual that I don't have that sudden urge to wake up and start doing things.
