       *daydreaming* what if we tore down the current internet and started from scratch? Think about adding an extra payment on top of your Internet bill that would be used to finance vital internet services, like news sites, so they wouldn’t have to rely on ads. That’s almost like… the tv and radio tax lots of countries have lol. Imagine less clickbait and inflammatory content used to drive ad revenue, wouldn’t that be beautiful.

       @gretathunberg That was great! I was surprised to learn German climate activists did this too, and had some success! I am crossing my fingers that this court case will have good results.
