@kev @fatboy you're very right, it may not even happen, but it raises concerns as to why they even programmed it.Ubuntu did do it years ago, some of us (me) still hold a grudge this day and see Ubuntu (and Canonical-made derivatives) as the most evil Linux based distributions. But ultimately Windows is used by people who won't really care, Ubuntu is used mainly by people who do.

Is there any greater feeling than moving a two massive (500GB) VHDX images from a HyperV Hypervisor to a #KVM #Hypervisor and converting the images to #QCOW2, installing #VirtIO Windows Drivers and it all happening without a single problem?I don't think soooooo.Apart from running a QCOW2 snapshot, taking a copy of the main image, then committing the snapshot back into the main image, obviously. That's a great feeling too.

@kev @benjaminhollon @garritfra personally, I find the whole docker-compose way of doing things way more abstracted than a straightforward docker run command/script. So much so that when a product only has a compose.yml file, I rewrite it as a docker run command instead. This helped me a lot in understanding how the whole thing is put together and what not to do in many cases.I also use Podman, not Docker, but that's not hugely relevant. :podman:

@stux don't worry about it, their internal Turing test algorithm's are raising a timeout exception and isBot defaults to true

@stux You're doing good work today @stux (well, from what I can tell, you always do)!Let's welcome the newcomers with open arms! But, to all newcomers: please consider making a regular donation to your instance to keep it online and working well for a long time into the future!Information on how to do so is normally regularly toot-ed by your instance admins/moderators.

@fatboy Weird isn't itβ½ It's like when there's a special event in a small village.Like the Glastonbury festival. Small quiet town in rural England with a population of approx 8000, but for one weekend a year it's population becomes 160,000
