       6am and I am off to the office. Busy day today working with international colleagues evaluating the success (or failure) of the EU Nitrate Directive. Then lunch with a friend and chat about University politics.

       Been here a few days now and beginning to find people but it’s definitely weird. I am trying to follow several people but I just get ‘pending’ what ever that means. Nothing much seems to happen. Overall it’s a nicer place.
