Watching Nausicaa of the Valley of the Winds, and jfc the art direction in this film is amazing.Forests of giant fungi and insects. It's such an amazing world they created here. Not to mention the steampunkish marrying of old and modern technology like planes, swords, armor and guns.You can see how this film inspired the hell out of the Final Fantasy series.

@Shitlord Yeah. I was always pretty good about not getting addicted to tobacco, never had a habit I couldn't put down, I might smoke for a few days then stop for a while.It does make your breath stink though, yeah.There's just certain days where I'm tired as fuck and it is a nice little pick me up. Caffeine isn't quite the same, plus caffeine lasts so long, if I drank some now I would be up all night.

@Shitlord I never had a good time on coke...only drug I never enjoyed.I always figured that was just my brain chemsitry cuz my friends always seemed to be having a blast when we did some, but maybe it was just shit coke.I hear you go down to Cuba and they have free samples in the airport. Maybe it's not like that anymore, but it can't be hard to find down there.Let's go! I bet they got some killer weed too :P

@Shitlord It's weird cuz I love meth.I do some coke, my face goes numb, my heart starts racing, but I don't feel euphoric...I dunno.My friends who were prescribed ritalin and adderal, when the rest of us were like "oh you're so lucky I wish I had an endless supply of that stuff" would always tell us "It isn't fun when you need it, if you need a certain drug it doesn't feel good it just makes you feel normal."maybe coke or ritalin mimics something naturally missing from my brain...

@Shitlord I mostly dabbled with all this stuff. I saw heroin turn some of my best friends into total pieces of shit...Knew a guy who was a total asshole who did coke all the time, form a very young age...always assumed those two things were related.I mean...yeah people can definitely go to shit on this stuff 🤷

@Shitlord I was pretty suicidal when I got into drugs, and by that point I figured "Fuck it if I'm gonna die anyway, might as well try drugs first..."I think to a certain extent drugs saved my life, especially weed and psychedelics. Psychedelics made me realize the world was deeper and more fascinating than it seemed when I was in the depths of depression, and whenever I get high on weed I just don't want to die, it makes me scared to death of dying.
