@fcktheworld587 @blogdiva @StillIRise1963 It's being done already. I recently spent time in very white W Virginia. Life there is rough like a ghetto for the bottom...1/3, probably. And has been for generations. I saw a lot of no-shoes poor. That's /really/ poor, to my NE eyes.

@troed I heard Ireland used to be forested, too.Hell, I grew up in New Jersey. It's called "The Garden State", but in actuality is an asphalt wasteland.
