@BeAware yo I miss having Minecraft time lol, during covid I would spend most of my day playing it, then I realized how serious the other people on my server were once I had to go back to work and they were still playing all day.

Just over a week after switching to Linux from Windows, I have found that the only thing I am missing is Photoshop. All of my AI stuff runs perfectly with only a little bit more effort in setup, and so far the Steam game situation seems to be a lot better than last time I tried. Still dual booting but if I suddenly decide that I don't need Adobe products anymore, that might change :pedro: #linux #ubuntu

I gotta say, the release of Flux has me worried that some of the fun of AI art will soon be gone, I used to have to make super elaborate workflows to get great images from SD1.5 and SDXL, now it seems like Flux has it covered. On the flip side, it does open up a lot of opportunity to be even more creative, and break new ground without having to worry about hands being wonky :pedro:

@BeAware It could be more private, but I love the fact that my data isn't being harvested by the platform itself. One time I made a new Facebook account under a fake name to handle so I could use the marketplace and look for cars or something, Facebook suspended my account with a message saying "We have determined that you are using a fake name" and boom, gone without appeal. How they figured that out? No clue, but the point of that platform is to sell YOUR data, not your fake data lol

@BeAware yeah that's pretty annoying, admins either love the freedom of the fediverse versus X or anything like that, but then others want to censor everything that they disagree with even slightly, going in the opposite direction. I can't imagine how many block lists I'm on lol
