       @MisterMaker @gfxstrand Why are u sure its not just marketing bs? If it was that good they wouldnt need to be pushing it that hard. Plus if you dont actually know how to program well its impossible to judge how bad the AIs output is. Either way as it stands there's enough studies that LLMs do not increase actual productivity in any way. And the tech doesnt just improve linearly (nothing does, why does everyone keep assuming that), in fact its already starting to stall hard

       @foone I'd argue that as a not gigantic business it still nets you better uptime overall and if ur down half the other stuff your customer uses is also down so they're not gonna blame you specifically. Otoh, for people using the service, outages being more asynchronous definitely makes them less debilitating.Like sure u could've not been down currently, but that would've likely meant being down another couple times over the year (esp when self-hosting).
