it should be doable with fairly basic toolslike, most calendar software will let you expose an ics file for your calendar, and then when you're scheduling meetings it can just crossreference those and send ics files as invites

occasionally feel kinda proud that I can at least recognize mandarin (and distinguish it from other Chinese dialects) and Japanese and Korean with how hard some people make it seem people replying to a fuzzy Mandarin voice clip with "this sounds like the voice from the peanuts"-ass
