By the way: This is in no way how it looks in person! In reality it is more like this. Maybe even a little less visible (stars are brighter than in this example edit - northern lights roughly this brightness) - it's hard to recreate.

I finalized my epaper calendar! 🤩 Calendar events are pulled from @homeassistant the device itself is running @esphome. It automatically shows as many entries as can be fitted on the screen, same day entries get grouped together. Optionally a random quote can be displayed on the bottom or alternatively the next event of the day. The battery life of my #epaper #calendar seems really promising with my latest code changes! 😍 I've been running it for 8 days now and it's still at 4.066V! I can't wait to see how long it lasts, and it could easily be improved further by reducing the wake-up frequency to 30min instead of 20min. #ESP32 #homeassistant #esphome

Oh man… it looks like my Steam deck screen is broken. Doesn’t turn on anymore but the deck works with an external monitor attached. Touchscreen input still works but no screen.
