soI went crazy and thought I was the antichrist and then I went into no-sleep overdrive over the last weeks and into malnourished too-much-caffeine mode (or sth), and all of that gave me an actual adrenaline shock last night so hard that I popped out of a trauma that happened half a year ago, and that in turn popped me out of what was left of my childhood trauma to processwhatthe hell
