       @taz Der Unsymphat will halt Aufmerksamkeit. #Grüne und #TAZ springen mit Anlauf über das Stöckchen und schaffen genau das: Aufmerksamkeit. Wozu tun die das, sind die einfach nur Dumm oder brauchen die genau diese Aufregung?-- etwas OT: Die Bezeichnung "Verfassungsschutz" für diesen unsäglichen Verein ist eh eine Lüge - "Eliten & Regierungsschutz" wäre ehrlicher. & lustigerweise gibt es ja keine Verfassung(*) sondern halt ein Grundgesetz. Das dort solche Gestalten arbeiten & Abstammen sollte nicht verwundern.-- (*) Nach '89 bestand ja die Chance aber das wurde ja von den damaligen Eliten abgelehnt.

       @taz @derpostillon Wart ihr das? Ich hoffe ihr steckt dahinter? Denn falls das wirklich so gemeint ist: Den Otto-Katalog Schily Typus von Politiker will man jetzt? Der Typ der mich final dazu gebracht hat Terroristen (ja genau die Mörderbande von 9/11) für weniger gefährlich zu halten als die ganze Überwachungsfanatik-Politik, welche bekanntlich ja gerade in der #Chatkontrolle  kumuliert. DIESEN Politikstil den dieser Typ symbolisiert will man jetzt auch für den Klimaschutz?Wie viel Schützenhilfe will man der #AgD noch geben?

       @adamasnemesis On the other hand - if I celebrate the annual party in honor of Bacchus - aka Oktoberfest - and then lie down to sleep in my town on market place, I would also welcome it if the women of the town guarded me from attacks by marauding people and served me a hangover breakfast in the morning.

       @futurebird It depends on the server you are on and the users there. You will see more Japanese people in Japan - even in the federal timeline - than in the USA or Germany. Why is that?Because these are all posts from an account that is followed or boosted by an account from your instance. Sometimes instances also connect to a relay, in which case the public posts from the connected instances will appear in each of their federated timelines. So even if you create a statistic on the federated timeline, it will be skewed by the people on your server. So, for example, if your German-speaking instance happens to have a lot of Swahili expats speaking that language, you might come to the conclusion that the most common languages in the fediverse are from some African countries.
