@stux Is the message that says "Older posts from other servers are not displayed." related to speed issues? Or is it normal?I find a lot of posts don't show up. Hashtag searching also doesn't work ... at least not from the search field. Just saying - I can work around it.

@anderspuck 26% seems off. At the worst of WW2, the Soviet Union had a conscription of max 15%. And look at their 1941 population pyramid. That's way more draftable men. Now an estimated 1+ million likely draftees fled ... so drafting 25% looks unrealistic. Maybe 5%?! Ukraine isn't in a much better situation. Though they're under an existential threat, so will have more citizens willing to fight. But I think they generally have even less young people.

@anderspuck I'm not so much counting age groups, but comparing the historical numbers. If Russia only managed 15% during the desperation of WW2 - while having much more favorable demographics, then a third of that for the current case seems reasonable.

Nice to hear the progress and plans for Godot.Whatever pressure Unity felt that forced them to pull off their stunt (as market leader nonetheless) is still there. It'll probably take another two scandals for more of the industry to move over to FOSS, but it'll happen.Same for social media too.

@rms There should be a clearer definition what press is. I'm convinced Assanges actions wouldn't fall under any reasonable version. Should oppo researchers of a political party get press protection?That's just like giving FOX a free pass to call itself news while spreading lies uninhibitedly. That didn't really pan out well.
