       i actually had a really good time on tumblr because i followed cool people, stayed away from fandoms, and never accepted anon asks. i learned a ton about history and oppression and science and culture. i think most of the cool people moved on or kicked their internet addiction but it was nice for a while.

       for anyone out there building up their emergency kit, don’t forget the most important thing: water! minimum: have a few gallons for each person to last everyone a few days. :flow: real good idea: have some backup options for water treatment (souce of fire for boiling, bleach and medicine dropper, those little purification tablets) :black_bloc_blob: gritty level: lifestraw is ok but sawyer products mini water filtration system is reusable! :gritty:

       i love black holes, i love their embodiment of the duality of creation/destruction, i love the knowledge that the entire universe was born from the same singularity and that reality as we know it is one big ongoing explosion, i love that in some places things are coming together rather than falling apart, that nothing is lost and eventually maybe it will all come together and then everything can start over
