In cartoons when parents are like "Take out the trash" the kids are always like "uggghH" and it's a huge inconvenience for themI never understood why it's treated as such a thing. I mean yeah if disabilities are a factor it's one thing but otherwise it's carrying a bag. A gross bag sure but it's just a bag.

A lot of folks seem to believe that if they're miserable, everyone else should be too. I get the idea of not suffering alone but like it or not you /are/ directly responsible for your own attitude.And if your attitude is just overwhelming negativity all the time, that's what you're going to attract. Nobody is going to want to help you if you insist someone is /wrong/ for being positive.

I woke up feeling relaxed for the first time in a long time.I 100% recommend that anyone dealing with emotional imbalance try St. John's Wort if it's possible and practical. It's an OTC thing and I'm feeling less side effects than prescription anti-anxiety meds
