@Wolven Agreed! I've hoped there might be a TSCC renaissance one of these years, but if my attempts to convince friends to watch it are any indication, that seems unlikely.

@tante I am starting to get a little incredulous of The Information-- recently learned the founder is besties with Zuck and married to an ex-FB big wig. For instance, they initially reported that OpenAI is on pace for $1.3b in 2023 revenue, which then got picked up by the major news outlets like CNBC. Feels like it's part of the Silicon Valley hype train. Even this headline ("rare setback") seems a little sus.Heard any similar rumblings?

@mttaggart Interesting! I lived in LA pre-tech park but it sounds sort of similar to what Salesforce is doing with downtown SF. I don't really want to spend my leisure time in 'Salesforce Park' and the idea of a software company having such a big footprint in every day urban life is just.... grim.Perhaps because it turns shared space, no matter how feature-filled and nice it is, into a brand marketing opportunity?
