       @Okymir I have some hot takes on both democracy as executed but als as an idea/ideology; but. In many places democracy is just the illusion of democracy. Even outside of the countries that have to call themselves democratic because they aren't (north korea), countries with these democratic system either have an illusion of choice between bad and worse. If there is a proper choice usually the more refined choices have no influence. Besides that power and money always manipulates enough votes.
