       Family boot up chaos. Central Parenting Unit #2 has early appointment so CPU#1 has to handle entire workload, after a less successful idling period. Child process #1 has a delayed start today but seems to be initializing correctly. #2 has entered recovery mode because of some kind of corrupted state. Child process #3 has successfully entered a running state, but man there were a lot of manual steps involved. 🤖😬

       Oh no - core dump on child process #2.  Fingers crossed it's unsanitized user input and not a virus.

       @coffee A reasonable web 3 would be about decentralization. And it actually was at the start, before corrupted by crypto bros and NFTs.I think it's sad to lose the idea that this is the next step for the web, especially since it's now actually happening - the fediverse being one example. I think the semantic web would fit just fine with the idea of decentralization and federation, but it's not as groundbreaking and not the top level/driving force...

       @coffee Yeah, but since there's been such a strong centralization movement I think it's not unreasonable to make web 3 about (re)decentralization.

       @alejandrobdn And fully functional hardware gets EOL'd because it has to stay connected and the vendor can't be bothered with updates any longer. Looking at you Sonos, Unifi, Clavister et al.
