@Ricardus Individuals can set up their own timeouts for data. My old posts delete after a month, but they are configured that nothing gets deleted if there’s at least 5 likes or 5 boosts, or I’ve favorited/bookmarked them myself.I don’t care about my posts that no one cares about

A major issue came up with some blocks on the "max" blocklist.I would tell people not to use the "max" list, but that's no excuse. I was not responsible enough to do what needed to be done sooner. And that wasn't the whole problem, anyway.@tyr I apologize for my role in this situation, and for harm I caused. I hope I can make amends. mastodon.social was on the T0 list (as a Silence) for an hour.So you know how I said no one is protected from appearing on the list?80% of the council silenced mastodon.social during its spam attack and it went to the T0 list.No sites get special consideration or protection from appearing on the list.Until today.I'm adding that special protection for mastodon.social and mastodon.online.
