       One of the biggest problems for private data and free data access is the limited choice of webbrowsers: you have to accept either limited functionality or that someone wants to use your data. Our society should demand simpler end user applications with less and simpler open standards, so implementing these applications is doable for a community with less effort.

       @gyptazy I run what I can by myself: mail, DNS, NTP, git, monitoring, etc…why? Because I know how to do it, it keeps me learning even after all the years of doing it, it enables me to have of course control over the data of my family, it keeps the megacorps a bit outside of the life of my kids.
