Ok I know there was some criticism of /e/ for phones but the name being what it is I can't search for it. Anyone know any? May wanna install it for my main phone as the Lineage ROM is also a community ROM

Ok so in spring I will have to create a crash course in how to use GIMP (or Glimpse depending on how ready that is for usage at that time).Basically four lessons for randos at the public library - with practical printable results as mini projects for each lesson.My idea is also making videos one for each lesson that they get before hand to show what we're gonna do to reserve the lesson time for questions and training.Fiddling with videos before hand is kinda fun.

@dthompson then it would most probably be dead a long time ago.The wealth of options, the hodgepodge and the mess didn't exactly turn up by lacking something, it is because it had something necessary for its own survival. A spread of development based on personal needs and wants.I've heard this "they should tell people to do this instead" in a lot of projects where that very method of handling contribution wouldn't improve contribution, it would kill it.

@kungtotte They are usually not even cheaper - during the privatization boom the ideal was that it would be a free market - what they didn't account for was that sellers are more interested in profit than ideals (which is ok, thats how companies work).Take supplies to Karolinska for example - suddenly ALL suppliers started hiking the prices, at the same time and they got too little equipment, a tad too late, that cost about 10 times as much as self-controlled supplies would.
