I suspect peoples opinions are more a mix of the two but is your frustration about JavaScript more about the lack of performance that pushes out otherwise working hardware or more about how this is another vector to collect information on us?

@raccoon this is a deeper question for someone who probably just wanted to complain real quickWhere do you think reasonable cutoffs are for supporting old hardware? I have to imagine youd think its longer than the average developer although maybe not quite to "netbsd" s standard.

i was offered our old server blades at work because i asked and mentioned i found them cool.it was incredibly tempting but unfortunately i'm not allowed to drill holes to route ethernet to the basement and my parents would not think a server is a fun decorative piece for the front room. :(

Its very funny seeing people mention buying expensive keyboards with left mounted numpads so that they can use the numpad and mouse simultaneously. You know you can swap your computer to use a left handed mouse right.

Fair is the wrong word. Is it accurate. Is there a level of vanity about the desire for easy encryption where most participants you email will never actually be encrypted because they use a gmail solution thats wholely incompatible with their proprietary solution.
