when people ask me if i have hope for the future i recall the times when i have asked grown adults working for a major software publisher who touch computers for a living to send me a screenshot and received a PrintScreen pasted into documents in the following file formats: .docx, .xlsx, .ppt, .pdf. also one time I got a .zip file containing only a .html file that simply contained an <img> tag but the file referenced in the tag was not included
