       Είτε χρησιμοποιείτε συγκεντρωτικά social media είτε (ελπίζω) όχι, πρέπει πάντα να έχετε στο μυαλό σας ότι κάθε δημοσίευση σε μέσο με κρυφό αλγόριθμο προβολής υπόκειται σε λογοκρισία.Παρόλο που προσωπικά απέχω από αυτά, δέχομαι το επιχείρημα ότι οι διαφορετικές απόψεις χρειάζονται να ακουστούν και σε αυτά τα μέσα.        @accela Το firmware στις περισσότερες περιπτώσεις είναι λογισμικό, οπότε μπορείς να  επιλέγεις να χρησιμοποιείς συσκευές με ελεύθερο firmware.Αναγνωρίζω φυσικά ότι είναι δύσβατος δρόμος με αρκετούς περιορισμούς, αλλά είναι οι δύσκολες αποφάσεις που καθορίζουν τη ζωή μας.

       #AIAct has great loop holes, allowing EU state agencies to use biometrics and #AI to spy on their citizens.Of course we need to fight against them and find ways to protect ourselves.But we also need to constantly remind us that EU is not innocent. Behind their fancy &quot;liberal&quot; promotion, together with #GDPR and  #CRA (Cyber Resilience Act), they are class laws that favor big companies and state oppression. Greek #PredatorGate was not an exception, this is EU&#39;s direction.

       @kirschner Two observations:1)@osi should respond to Llama v3.1 as it is aggressively advertised as opensource by META. The, single author, blog post is for v2 and isn&#39;t even a statement...2)The (1st) article was written 13 years ago - we must respond to what history taught us. opensource is now influenced by big tech in unprecedented ways. Advances in ML (and #OSAID) are widening the gap between #freesoftware and #opensource. I feel that using both terms is highly misleading fsf@hostux.social
