@grunfink@comam.es btw I seem to have fixed my issue, I cleared the notifications in the web interface and now iOS apps work fine, even with new noticiations coming. It's possible there was some specific notification that mastodon apps did not like.

Es nekādi nesaprotu to žēlošanos, cik Mastodon ir komplicēts. Viss nosauktais bija taisnība pirms gadiem. Tagad ir neskaitāmas telefonu lietotnes un arī “onboarding” ir pilnīgi atšķirīgs. Serveri nav jāizvēlas ne Mastodon lapā, ne aplikācijās. Pārsvarā dod default variantu un servera izvēle ir zem advanced settings. Viss pārējais pa lielam ir tāds pats kā citos tīklos.

Otrs, ka mūsu latviešu vidē tur ir pārāk daudz cilvēku un ir izveidojies savdabīgs komunikācijas stils. so for installations with only one server instance, one could set default homedir as a setting somewhere. like maybe in environment variable. and then the command could just take it from there if it isn't explicitly specified in the command

I have the same issue, Web UI shows "14", but there are no pending followers when I click it. It does show entries in the pending folder of the system, should I delete those?I'm on latest GIT version from today, running in FreeBSDCC: @trondd@kagu-tsuchi.com

Huh, looks like #GoToSocial is a nice alternative to Mastodon, and sits somewhere in between Mastodon and #Snac2 in terms of resource usage. I feel like I should try it. Do I have enough time? No. But still I want to try it. Even has official FreeBSD support. Has anyone migrated from #Snac to GTS?#TooManyHobbiesTooLittleTime
