@simon now I am curious why that kind of situation (reasoning gap) reminds you a Face/Off movie? I watched it a while back, but I wouldn’t recognize the metaphor. Probably should rewatch the movie.

I’ve seen a lot of process vs outcome goals in endurance training, here’s a bit of info on that https://www.trainerroad.com/blog/5-useful-process-goals-to-motivate-your-winter-cycling-training/ One of my last year’s process goal was “300 days of journaling”, I’m now on 432 days streak.
