       @stux Would you be interested in experimenting with a democratic governance model on your servers if the users wanted it too? Something like social.coop, but without the socialist and anti-capitalist bias there. You will need a bigger team, additional expertise and money to scale, otherwise burnout is just around the corner. And perhaps you would get the most involvement if the contributing users also participated in the decisions (at least moderation rules, maybe also funds use, the team, etc).
