Anyone like the band The Cramps? I've been getting a little set together of their stuff, and other songs in the rockabilly and garage music genres. I want to start playing it out locally, but I don't think it's to many people's tastes... I did a version of "Domino" at an open mic night this week and it went down really well, so I might be wrong. At the moment I am stripping it down and replacing everything that is completely rotten.I've started researching the construction of cartwheels, apparently the boss is elm, the spokes are oak, and the rim is ash...If you want to keep an eye on this project, follow #CartwheelSeat. I think this will be a slow burner.

@ashqinmoe there is one more piece that is too far gone, on the actual wheel still existing fully, the bottom piece has rotten. I haven't taken it out yet...

@clive one of the most puzzling aspects of this, to me, is that it’s US specific, and a lot of the potential causes being discussed here and in the OP also exist in Europe/ROW - I.e. smartphones, led lighting, inebriation habits etc. What is different in the USA? What is unique to that country?
