@stux if it is not too much trouble you could report that someone was assaulted to the police pseudo-anonymously. If there is a soft-knock house they always appreciate the intel, if only to keep officers safe who may have to respond to a domestic in the almost inevitable future. Dutch police keep a customary record about incidents at certain addresses for any reason. I am sorry that you have to deal with this bullshit.

@stux this is why I think instances should be authenticated only. There is an optional authorized-fetch/secure-mode. I had assumed my instance had it enabled but no. :(cloudflare recently called out perplexity for bypassing their AI labyrinth.

@stux I am always disappointed by these. You expect elite and its sloppy, low-energy shit, boring tired old exploits, phishing kits, carder magic, just a mess of stuff, and really untidy. @stux The problem for US military personnel is that what is illegal is not always black and white. You can refuse orders which present immediately as illegal - e.g. 'shoot that kid'. However the process is to consult your JAG officer. Your JAG could be Ron de Santis and he's telling you that it is ok to put that hose down that guys neck. If your orders are to patrol Portland and the JAG says well SCOTUS says it's ok? Furthermore, German laws in 40s were changed to make it not illegal.

@stux no I mean finding glitches is like levelling up your skills, you can use this 'one weird trick' to beat some level faster... quirks and glitches are super retro because back in the day games had unintended side effects that were required to find first in order to play better

@bash Way before many of you were born I ran ~100 cubicled devs in a huge room on an IBM partnered defense project, like a massive LAN party. No internet but some prankster figured out how to play a variety of sound files on other people's PCs, cranking the volume up. One would play aloud, "Hey everybody Imma watchin PORNO over here!". @stux Should be a * 'Travel advisories notwithstanding'. Multiple EU nationals have been kidnapped in USA by gestapo without so much as a diplomatic complaint being lpdged. In fairness the consulates are powerless to do anything as the regime has become completely lawless. Passports used to mean something. USA no longer respects bilateral temporary visa agreements and harasses every single traveller. The extreme rapidity of the descent into madness has us on the backfoot trying to catch up.
