Madison originally mentioned the militia twice, but more importantly, who cares. The Framers are dead. We're not. Let's think for ourselves. They certainly did. Guns are far more of an immunity, in rural areas, than a privilege. You can't just carry one around like a spare key, not in a sane world.

@KimPerales ... Go to Houston, see for yourself. Joel Osteen Stadium is big enough for sporting events. Black kids are "boy". No zoning, so you can't cross a busy street without taking your life into your hands. Bigger&bigger freeways, even though adding lanes to the freeway in order to accommodate traffic is like buying a larger belt in order to accommodate obesity. It doesn't solve the underlying problem. And hurricanes that cause biblical floods, with poisoned water from Galveston. Hell.

Our Supreme Law demands that I grant full faith&credit to the laws of other states, but it does not require me to follow an immoral order from a fraudulently-appointed judge.

@KimPerales .. TX cannot be fixed. All we can hope to do is minimize its impact on the rest of us. I suggest we start by acknowledging that guys like Matthew Kacsmaryk, whose seat was left empty for a year and a half, are procedurally fraudulent. As in the military, we are not legally or morally obligated to follow an unjust order.

@lowqualityfacts ... I owned a smaller version of precisely this cat, green eyes and all, for over a decade. She was so tiny at birth that we wrapped her in a cloth and placed her inside a teacup so we could feed her. Teacup subsequently thrived.

Unless fixed or repaired by a decent education and proper socialization, human beings remain unreformed apes, which is why Fox News has always been the highest-rated cable-television program.
