       @leer10 I really don’t think consumer-facing VR will ever take off. Samsung failed, HTC failed, Google failed twice. Besides, I don’t think most people are gonna spend $400 on a headset when there’s only a few games available

       @leer10 Once the price of headsets comes down a little (I still think the oculus go is kinda expensive for widespread adoption) maybe there’ll be more widespread adoption but i think it’ll definitely take a while

       my hp laptop has screws under the rubber feet, so when i opened it up so replace the broken fan, the feet stopped sticking; now it slides around on most surfaces.while i was replacing the fan, the ribbon cable leading to the touchpad broke; i haven't had a functioning touchpad for weeks.

       speaking of touchpad: the buttons are loose and get stuck often.the plastic bottom casing is cracked in 3 different locations; the top casing is cracked in 2 places.

       @bimbam before manjaro I used ubuntu, I went switched to manjaro mainly because I prefer rolling releases; I also got tired of debian based stuff. I might try native arch in the future but for now I need a desktop that just works 👍
