@kev No idea why this feature even exists.

@kev I love those reports/stories. I love even more how much you care about the privacy of your "actors" (especially your kids) and your readers. Well done!

@kev Though it might be painful at times, children help us to see who we are. Sometimes it may push us to become a better person, but quite often their feedback shows us that we are more decent, caring, trusted and funny than we thought.

@kev He didn't cry alone and the number of people he can look up to/rely on has tripled. This surely compensates for a few mistakes, if there were actually any in this episode.

@kev If you really care about the actual content and more about quality and consistency than pretty looking gimmicks then publishing from a version controlled source, i. e. git + markdown to static html pages is hard to beat. Did you ever try Hugo? Since I fell in love with golang I'll probably try it out soonish.

@cooper I'm using it on my Linix Desktop as a SIP client to connect to my Fritz!Box so I can receive calls. Mainly internal calls from our door bell so I know/hear when someone rings and can open the door when needed.

@SonoMichele @kev Interesting, I'm currentyl creating a documentation site with hugo and I'm still looking for a truly minimal theme, i. e. classless.css + semantic html elements and (almost) nothing else. At the moment this comes closest: https://github.com/janraasch/hugo-bearblog

@kev @SonoMichele Thanks. Gonna have a look. I already found https://github.com/kognise/water.css and https://github.com/emareg/classlesscss which are kinda similar. I'm also thinking of preceding the include of the classless css by including https://github.com/necolas/normalize.css/ first and finally including a "syntax.css" for "chroma" which is hugo's current syntax highlighting engine.I still need truly minimal hugo layout files and that's where https://github.com/janraasch/hugo-bearblog comes in handy.

@kev I did some research on how to implement "search" on a static site generated with hugo and found https://makewithhugo.com/add-search-to-a-hugo-site/ or rather https://gist.github.com/eddiewebb/735feb48f50f0ddd65ae5606a1cb41ae. The idea is to let hugo create additional "index.json" outfile files during generation and then use JS in the browser to search thoses indices. No external search service required. I think this is a pretty interesting (smart) idea. What do you think?

@kev Thanks. There are some really nice posts on this site, e. g.It is time for ‘code warriors’ to fight unknown code. Superheroes with angular weaponry, who can see sharp, react fast and hit like a meteor.https://www.usecue.com/blog/code-warriors/
