For our friend's wedding yesterday(bagpipes were involved), I made us two pairs of arm warmers with the wallace red tartan. They're so comfy I did my goblin doodle with them on.

Isn't just wonderful that clothes come with their sources? If you slice the parts off with a seamripper, lay them all down, trace them, cut them out of new fabric, and stitch them back together, you can effectively clone and fork garments. I realize that this is probably real obvious to most people, but it only dawned on me recently. So, that’s what I’ve been up to, most nights my laptop is stowed away to make room for the sewing machine on the nav table. It all began when the store that made the patrol cap I wear stopped carrying them. The seams of the old worn-out cap were cut, new 14oz canvas was bought and the cap was cloned, twice! And then, I made a new messenger backpack, fixed ripped panels on my winter jacket, sown tartan wool arm warmers and some other things. At one point, I realized that I was wearing six items of clothing I had made or mended.https://wiki.xxiivv.com/site/now.html

@TwinFaces That's such a good habit, I need to do the same, I started realizing that I've given away or trashed garments with cuts that fitted me better than what I wear now, I could have kept as patterns instead of throwing them away! :bloat:

@drwx it was originally written as glyphs from this conlang(https://wiki.xxiivv.com/site/lietal) I was using the ti, ta, to words to mean like ideas, shapes and things, over the years it became research, visuals & audio - to make it less confusing.

I then advanced timidly forward, and in another moment I saw that my surmise was correct. I had come upon a sort of Stonehenge of rude and barbaric figures. There was snow upon their heads and wherever snow could lodge. Each statue had been built of four or five enormous blocks, but how these had been raised and put together is known to those alone who raised them. Each was terrible after a different kind. One was raging furiously, as in pain and great despair; another was lean and cadaverous with famine; another cruel and idiotic, but with the silliest simper that can be conceived—this one had fallen, and looked exquisitely ludicrous in his fall—the mouths of all were more or less open, and as I looked at them from behind, I saw that their heads had been hollowed.https://wiki.xxiivv.com/site/ghostly_chanting.html#goblinweek

@wim_v12e I've rewritten the SDL2 emulator in the uxn11 style, and it makes use of all the recent optimizations.uxnmin is a good one if you're looking into bootstrapping, and don't need any devices other than the Console.https://wiki.xxiivv.com/site/uxn
