One "person" (i.e. phone number / bank card) can cast up to 20 votes in a #Eurovision semifinal or the grand final. I'm probably not going to spend 20 euros on #ESC votes. My guess is that those with an agenda would do it, and not using just 1 single phone / card. Are you willing to spend 20 euros televoting?
