10 keer of meer in een jaar een verkeersboete krijgen is veel, gezien de relatief lage intensiteit waarmee gecontroleerd wordt. Je maakt dan nog veel meer overtredingen. Een puntenrijbewijs lijkt me een prima plan om deze top aan verkeerscriminelen van de weg te krijgen.
