@endDRM there’s a reason „do no evil” is no longer part of Code of Conduct: https://gizmodo.com/google-removes-nearly-all-mentions-of-dont-be-evil-from-1826153393

I don't get all that excitement of people reporting upgrade to FreeBSD 14.Folks, either in reality it's just your first install, not upgrade, or you spent to much time in Linux distro nightmare of failed distro-level decisions and constant breakages. I've been steadily upgrading my FreeBSD boxes and VMs since 4.x-STABLE (and tracking STABLE, not RELEASE which, I know, is not for everyone) in the *only* way FreeBSD should be upgraded (make buildworld; make kernel; etcupdate/mergemaster; make installworld; reboot) and it just works. That's what I'd expect from best server OS in the world. And #FreeBSD delivers, every time.

...also, don't post screenshots like it's instagram or something. Real FreeBSD admins don't do screenshots. We exchange targzipped console output. And eat glass.

@benc @fanf we have couple of 10k+ employee orgs in our Customer base for Cisco firewalls, that insist on using non-contiguous masks. No amount of "how about you finally simplify this" helps. We get TAC cases from them on a regular basis, as they get lost in their own network calculations. Unbelievable.
