Lack of sleep, burnout, unrealistic deadlines, forced to work outside of their knowledge base for lack of support, inadequate resources dedicated to testing second order effects…

       @twizzt Surprisingly fluffy! I haven’t thought of them as fluffy.  I know they’re used in the terrarium trade for clean up and feeding smaller frogs and the like, you can buy cultures of them.
