       @matt In western countries outside of NL and DK, seeing lots of people cycling both with and without helmets is the best sign of a healthy cycling culture.Everybody uttering something about cycling safety should have a look at the Cycling Fallacies site: https://cyclingfallacies.com/en/29/people-should-wear-helmets-when-cycling

       @matt People have been brainwashed to believe that helmets are the ultimate thing to improve safety while cycling. So of course you get a fairly big majority supporting the message that people recommend helmets.Hopefully only a minority of those saying yes will pester strangers about helmets or complain on cycling pictures posted without helmets.
