Learning new things with my "brain chat lady" (psychiatrist) and how my #neurospicy brain can affect my eating habits. I forget to eat or ignore my hunger for long periods or time. For me I find eating an inconvenience. I have things to do, I'm just too busy doing whatever it is at the time. Or you have obsession foods. 3 months now it's porridge. I'm fully aware of a healthy varied diets.

If I don't get porridge everyday I will stop eating until I do. It's sounds silly. But it's a thing. When you finally remember/realize how hungry you are it's a day or 2 later. Then you have to resist the urge to eat everything in under 3 seconds potentially binge eating. I'm dairy free so my food choices within budget are limited haha. But there's a battle of restrictive eating vs impulsiveness. So small steps: setting an alarm for regular eating. Let's try this.

@kimber hiiii! Definitely! I'm similar. Do I'm not sure if the alarms thing is gonna work. Buuut I'll give it a go lol
