@parasnsingh is it common for judges to meet in chambers the very next day after judgment is reserved? That is a problem for independent thinking no? seniors can manipulate and influence junior judges. whats the point of having multiple judges then.

@parasnsingh I thought first they exchange some very rough drafts of where they stand-- like 10 pages and then decide what opinions can be clubbed and who will write the final judgment. This looks like a terrible practice.

@parasnsingh Consulting is ok.... like asking where he/stands stands on this/that etc.... but to sit for one full day that too just the day after hearing got over is bad. brainwashing of pliable judges can happen.

Everytime a country that is accused of violating human rights is asked questions their first sentence is how some other community also sometime in the past was treated unfairly. This is not a defense but actually a confirmation that the country is violating human rights *NOW*. I don't know why Govt of India keeps sending people to talk about Kashmir pandits because that is totally irrelevant to what is happening now and is actually a confirmation of allegations against India.
