@ThatWouldBeTelling @Charles_in_Charge @mushroom_soup Videos I saw suggested he was disarmed, maybe the cop saying "gun" three times is the one removing something from his waist and backs way from the dog pile.Its all less then a second tho. Who ever says gun, only said 3 words before the shots, even he said "gun" removed it; he would not have been able to say "I removed the fire arm" as you can tell by it being longer then 3 words.

Assassinations, drones, turning off the grid, etc.> I don't give a shit about what the cartels do in the beaner countries. I think the american empire should fall back from trying to use soft-power over 2/3rds the globe to hard-power half the globe and that would mean dictating Panamas taxation policy to it as we staff the canal with Americans. I dont like trying to fix the middle east or interfering with the china-india war or the russian-eu war; but we do need to care about panama and the low quality drugs killing people and that our street and prison gangs, and cartels *have a functional tax system*, who worship death and make some of the worse gore on the internet. Its not acceptable and we should just have a death penalty again and start cleaning up the usual suspects. These non-state actors just criss cross the boarder, have kidnapping schemes that are job ads near the boarder for young girls. etc.Some drones should just explode the leaders of the death cult cartels until crime mutates into something acceptable or it unravels that pseudo-political system.
