       It’s super common when discussing work conditions to say something like “oh, but what about your iPhone?” in a really smug way.Somehow I doubt conditions are any different at the Samsung or Motorola factories…(Which is not to say that it’s okay, but rather that it’s industry-wide and this smug anti-Apple thing is stupid.)

       @mjg59 some time around 15 years ago my colleagues couldn’t get a machine to boot from an ISO (remote console thingy). I’m old enough that I thought to try a floppy image instead…(Which worked)
