11 years ago today my 32 y/o cousin who was more like a brother made a mistake. he drove home after drinking bc he *had* to take care of his dogs. they would’ve survived a night without you, sammy…and now we all have to survive without you forever. it’s always crazy to me how the world keeps spinning when something so devastating happens but here we are. 🧡
