By slowing down, there's the opportunity to mindfully consider different points of view and be thoughtful in how we respond.Whenever I listen to a podcast with a guest I'd previously perceived negatively, it's amazing how often I find my perspective shifting. A long-form episode humanizes people: it often softens my initial take.
