What can I use 3x Raspberry Pi 3 for? I thought about setting up room-assistant, but I don't really need that level of visibility for any automation that I have.

@izaya just curious, why did you opt for plain 389ds, instead of something like FreeIPA? It uses 389ds as it's back end too.

@i Doh! Because I'm a dumbdumb.I was trying debug an issue I was having with Akkoma instances that were trying to subscribe (https://github.com/yukimochi/Activity-Relay/issues/96), and was comparing what is different with other relays that have successful subscriptions from Akkoma. At the moment, I have a modified 'actors' file being served statically instead of from ActivityRelay. Somehow I replaced the static file while I was debugging with what you saw! It should be fixed now. Thanks for pointing it out! πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

@selea Meshtastic sounds interesting. I kinda want to setup a node now. But I don't know what I would use it for

@selea What do people normally use it for? Eg for example, can you tell what is this node doing? This is the nearest one to me (but still a little bit far). https://meshtastic.liamcottle.net/?node_id=2053926092

@selea Is it normal that I can only connect from one device?Eg If I connect to my Heltec v3 node from my phone, then also try to connect from my laptop using the web console, it goes kinda funny

@selea ahhh yesterday I was looking for a prometheus exporter 🀣That one didn't come up some how. I only saw Mesh-metrics which seems to be more useful if you have a lot of nodes πŸ˜…Need to figure out how to get some peers first. I'm getting nothing at home. Need to find a renter friendly way to get a bigger antenna or something πŸ€”

@selea nope. No signal at all.i don't get much phone signal here either. I'm not sure if it's because it's a cul-de-sac, thr houses blocking signal or something like that. Since I'm renting, I'm not supposed to go in the attic but I might just do it anyway πŸ™„Though I'm not sure how hard it would be to put up an antenna from the attic.

This might be a dumb question but when #3DPrinting, if I want to print the same model multiple times, then is it better (and faster) to print one at a time? or copy and paste the model multiple times in the slicer and then print all of them at the same time?

Has anyone run #K8S nodes across the internets? For example, control plane running in one location (eg #homelab) and worker nodes in a DC? @sheogorath any experience with this?
