Not surprised to hear that, but I studied cellular and molecular biology back in the day in college, so I have some foundation for forming a personal opinion about her claims (and not just hers) and arguments based on their merits. I've read her books and also read some of the research papers she's cited.

@DuaneCates @SLAG I agree, Mas Ayoob is an excellent writer on the defensive firearm tactics.Fantastic teacher too, from what I've heard.Speaking of which, I'm usually a happy autodidact. But firearms training is one area where I think in-person instruction is important. Research your instructor/organization before signing up.
