@seldo I've had high blood pressure for months & lately I tried 40 changes. After reading more about adenosine & sleep/waking & how coffee disrupts it I thought I'd have a few days without caffeine. They were utterly useless days with brain fog & lethargy, but my BP readings were their lowest. So I went back on coffee & had a more productive day & my BP went back up. Off coffee today & had a useless day but BP is back down. So it appears I have a choice: have a life or have a stroke 🙄

@aral as far as ive been able to tell, mass media is most responsible for a failing democracy by disseminating low-fact information, scare mongering and countless subtle & unsubtle right wing bias. Vaguely 'saving democracy' isn't possible, its saved specifically by taming a fascist media owned by psychopathic oligarchs.

Hey friends! Am i going to find pain if i go with Debian vs Ubuntu based Linux or vice versa? @selea how do you find software? How do you install it? Where does it install? How does one do any required maintenance (like the disk space, defrag, registry worries Windows users have?) What about drivers and driver updates? Why won't games run? Why won't DAWs run? How do you stay secure? How to run backups? Why no antivirus? Etc...
