       @grammargirl I noticed that when I had meetings with people of one particular country, their uhs would carry for long periods of time. I thought it was because their culture is aggressive and people didn’t want to be interrupted. And I’m not judging the aggressive culture, just noticing it.

       @lauren I stopped watching cnn long ago. In fact I do not watch any opinion news, no panels, no anger-triggering. I only get news from fact-based orgs. I don’t need to be told what opinion I should have, when I can develop sound opinions based on facts.

       @lauren I’ve never used ad blockers. I just ignore the ads. And if the ads are disgusting, I avoid the websites that show those.
